Roasted Salmon with Cucumber-Lime Sauce

The salmon in this meal provides a high source of protein, and the light flavors of cucumber and lime will leave everyone in the family wanting more. Serve with green beans or asparagus on the side to get your greens in for the day.

Spring Ragù with Spiral Pasta

This is the perfect vegetarian springtime Pasta. It contains lots of different veggies and uses whole wheat pasta. The best part about this recipe is that if you have your own vegetable garden, you can pull some of the ingredients straight from your backyard.

Strawberry Patch Salad

Grilled chicken or your choice of meat can even be added on top of the salad to make the meal more filling. This is also the perfect meal to pack up for the family to go on a picnic in the park!
