    What is a Friend?

    A Friend lends support to the library by promoting community use and by encouraging gifts and donations to fund projects and activities throughout the year.

    Why join Friends of the Terrebonne Public Library?

    Your contributions help to obtain high-quality programs for children and adults and to make the library more visible in the community. Memberships renew in January of each calendar year. Friends of the Library events offer chances for community members to earn service hours as requested by outside organizations.

    Friends Scholarship:

    The scholarship is available to anyone studying library science in pursuit of a master’s degree or school library certification and is awarded yearly in the month of January. The scholarship is open to all individuals who either reside or work in Terrebonne Parish. Click Friends Scholarship Form for a printable form.
