Fresh Fruit Popsicles

Popsicles are a great snack to take outside while you are enjoying the sun. What better way to make them then with fresh fruit as a healthy alternative to the sugary popsicles from the store. You can make them in a popsicle mold or even just ice cube trays with popsicle sticks or tooth picks. You can use water as the base of the popsicle, or you can mix it up with a lemon lime soda or even fruit juice. Just about any fruits can work for this recipe.

Frozen Applesauce Bites

This treat is a super easy one for those picky eaters who don’t like a lot of different fruits. All it requires is any apple/fruit sauce, a tray, and a freezer. Freezing little bite sized dollops of the apple sauce makes for any easy snack for kids, especially the younger ones who love apple sauce.
