How do I dedicate a book in my baby’s name?

To show our appreciation for every reader, present, and future, the Terrebonne Parish Library System would like to dedicate a new children’s book to every newborn in our parish. This project is called “Baby Bookworm”. A book can be added to the Library’s collection at no cost to you. Inside will be a book plate with your baby’s name and birth date. (Only babies born within the calendar year are eligible.)

If you would like to have a library book dedicated to your newborn please complete the online form or print out and return it to any library branch.

Please make sure to spell everything correctly so we can spell baby’s name correctly on the book! You will receive notice from the library telling you the title of the book dedicated to your newborn and at which branch it will be located. If you have any questions, please contact us at 985-876-5861.
